We ask for extra time to cater for any unexpected delays.

Q: Which service do you use to send?

A: E-Parcel service through Australia Post is used to post the items within Australia. The parcels can be tracked using Australia Post website at The parcel must be signed on delivery for extra security. Most standard parcels will cost $11.00. We request you to send us an email advising us for Express Post if you wish to get your parcel delivered on an urgent basis. Extra costs may be applicable for Express Delivery.  Q: Some bats I have seen on some websites and ebay seem cheaper, why is this so?

A: We see many of these buyers end up at our shop often quite disgruntled at being conned by somewhat dodgy online sellers with no reputation in the cricket market. They are often attracted by seemingly low prices. This can blind a customer to some important factors such as quality of willow, weight and pick up of the bat, warranty policy, after sales advice etc. These are all aspects that Sports KABOOM can guarantee.

Q: What is the warranty policy for bats when buying from Sports KABOOM?

A: We do provide warranty for our products. For further details please refer our “ Warranty” page.

Q: When buying a bat from Sports KABOOM is the bat knocked in?

A: Yes, all our bats are pre- knocked in. All our bats come “Factory Prepared” straight from the manufacturer but we always suggest further knocking in to improve the lifespan of the new bat.

Q: Can I trade in my old bat?

A: Unfortunately we do not trade in old bats.
